Assuming it's the latter, Disney Cast Members have a code of conduct that they're sworn to live by, and I don't think "Pluto" would have reacted like that unless the kid went too far. I have a friend who works at Disney World, and he's mentioned how rude and insulting some of the kids can be to the characters. And unfortunately, some parents just let their children do what they want, yet have the nerve to get defensive if the kids get in trouble. Parents need to teach their kids manners and respect---ESPECIALLY when they're at a Disney park. There's a code of conduct for the guests, too.
