Pop Crunch Show Video Update | Mel Gibson, Michael Richards, and More Apologize

31 sec read

The most recent Pop Crunch Update focuses on celebrity apologies. No, Sarah East isn’t apologizing to any celebrity anytime soon (why would she), instead, this update re-caps on the many apologies that celebrities have had to make in the past.

The first and most obvious apology comes from Mel Gibson. His interview with Diane Sawyer he turned his guilt around with his toaster comparison. Smooth. Likewise, Michael Richards made an even “smoother” apology by placing all the blame on Bush during hurricane Katrina.

Clearly, Isaiah Washington and Alec Baldwin learned from the best of Hollywood. Instead of making excuses, they simply either denied the claims or interrupted whoever interviewed them.

None of them even attempted to utter the word “sorry” but they all managed to turn their public image around. I guess we can all learn a thing or two from celebrities.
