One year on from the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, white nationalists converged on Washington DC for what they called Unite the Right 2.
Thankfully, for those of us who don’t want to think of the U.S. as having succumbed to such racist rhetoric, thousands of counter protestors also turned up.
This video shows a brief glimpse of what happened when the two sides came together. Thankfully, no one died this time, as happened in Charlottesville.
This whole thing is sad. The fact that some people think white people are superior to any other races is ridiculous, and some of the counter protestors are idiots as well.
