As a kid growing up on a farm in the 1960's we raised chickens & you'd take an ax, chop off their heads on a stump, and when you'd let go of them, they would actually run around for a few minutes with the blood spurting out of them untill they finally would fall over. Like the old saying goes: ".....running around like a chicken with it's head cut off"!!!! Big, deal………they didn’t show much of the actual harvesting.
