Shania Twain has been missing in action for quite a while now, not having released an album since 2002 and not being seen on TV since splitting with her husband Mutt Lange in May.
But here she is making a comeback at the 2008 Country Music Awards (CMA) although rather than sing, she only presents the award for ‘Entertainer Of The Year’.
The thing is, can Shania Twain even be classed as a country singer now? I know she started out in that genre but she had worldwide fame with a much more pop/mainstream sound.
She received a standing ovation at the ceremony, and is reportedly working on a new album of material. It’ll be nice to have her back, if only because she is a first class MILF.
