OK, so it’s not actually a Silvio Berlusconi sex tape, but it is a kind of simulated sex tape. It’s probably also almost as embarrassing as a real sex tape, both for Berlusconi himself and the entire population of Italy.
Silvio Berlusconi is the current Prime Minister of Italy, an position he has held on three separate occasions. Which is pretty damn amazing as he’s disliked by many of his own countrymen and mocked by the rest of us.
He caused controversy in November 2008 when he welcomed Barack Obama being elected as the President of the U.S.A. by commenting on his tan. And this video from 2007 is even more controversial.
It shows Berlusconi dry humping a female traffic warden as she books the car behind his. It’s a terrible thing for anyone to do but a high ranking politician? Wow, this guy’s got balls and a complete lack of understanding as to how to behave in public.
The traffic warden doesn’t look happy, and who can blame her? However, she does have something to tell her grandchildren about, and thanks to YouTube she can even show them the footage of the day she got dry humped by Silvio Berlusconi.
