Man can change the weather by sending large amounts of energy to the Ionisphere (above the earth). This gives them an ability to move clouds; the resulting clouds are man-made - circles and rows (which is shown here) and other non-natural formations. Consider this. Jesus said about the end times: there will be earthquakes and famines, diseases and the winds and waves will rage. In the book of Revelation, it says we will see 100-pound hail stones.
