I haven’t yet read the books or seen the film, but even I get the setup and jokes here. That’s because like Twilight before it, even if you’re not a fan you cannot help but hear all about the plot from those who are.
What’s sad is I wouldn’t put it past those who own the rights to create The Hunger Games board game. There’s money to be made in merchandising, after all. Just ask George Lucas.
