When I heard The Lion King was getting a 3D re-release I was cynical, dismissing the whole thing as an unnecessary grab for cash. However, if it means that we get lovely viral tidbits like this video I’m willing to change my tune.
Here we’re given the “outtakes” if you will, all those hilarious bloopers that inevitably occur while the cameras are rolling.
I’d always assumed animated movies were free from these kind of cock-ups, but if the Toy Story actors can flub their lines (as we saw during the credits), then why not these African animals?
I’m still not sure about the whole 3D thing, but I’m happy for Disney to keep making fun vids like this to promote it!
