Admit it, you thought you’d seen and heard the worst song in the world when Rebecca Black brought Friday into being. And then Jenna Rose topped it with My Jeans. Then came Hot Problems by Double Take.
It turns out these three numbers were veritable works of absolute genius when compared to Party @ Ur House by Thamys (pronounced Famous). This is the music video for what I’m not even sure can be classified as “music.”
Thamys clearly cannot sing, hence the use of autotune. While I’m not a fan of autotune in any context, when it’s overused to this extent it moves from being merely annoying to making me want to self harm.
