Tiny New York Apartment Video | Architect’s Innovative Use of Small Space

Most home shows focus on sprawling spaces fitted out with luxurious features. But I’m much more impressed when someone can take a small space and make it livable. This video shows us the way a New York architect lives in his 78-square-feet apartment.

Luke Clark Tyler can turn his living room to a bedroom just by dropping down the couch. His home office also doubles as a kitchen, and the closet isn’t too far away.

I can’t imagine ever living in such a tiny space, but I have to tip my hat to him. He’s the one enjoying that $800 a month rent in one of New York’s most desirable districts after all!
