Jaime has already featured a news video of tropical storm Debby being tracked, with a model showing how the storm is likely to progress and travel inland. This video shows action on the ground.
First we see boats being pummeled by the torrid waves, then sea turtle nests completely destroyed. After that there are lifeguards attempting to move their shacks before they get washed away.
It’s events such as this that make me thankful to live in the U.K. Yes, it rains all the time and summer only lasts a few weeks each year, but at least we don’t have to put up with stuff like this!
