“Bindi Irwin could see her Dancing With the Stars earnings blocked with a US judge requesting proof her father is no longer alive before allowing her contract to go ahead.
“Because Bindi is under 17 years old, her parents are required to sign a form stating they give up all rights to any money she makes or wins on the show.
“Her mother, Terri Irwin, has already signed the form, but now an LA Superior Court judge is saying she requires proof Bindi’s father Steve is dead before she will accept the form, TMZ reports.
“The judge stated without Steve Irwin’s death certificate “the court is unable to find that it is in the best interest of the minor to be bound by the terms of the contract”.”
