“Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon needed 21 stitches after suffering lacerations to his face and right shooting hand while being bitten by a family dog on Christmas.
“The Nuggets announced in a statement that the 28-year-old Gordon “is in good condition” but will remain away from the team. There’s no concrete timeline for his return, but there’s optimism that his absence will be short-term, a source told ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.”
