“THE world’s most in-demand TV star has taken to social media to publicly defend her Scientology faith.
“Foxtel’s Top Of The Lake actor Elisabeth Moss rarely speaks about her religion — but reacted to a female fan’s statement about it on Instagram.
“The female fan suggested there were similarities between the totalitarian regime in Moss’s other hit show The Handmaid’s Tale and the Church of Scientology.
“Moss, who was introduced to the faith by her family, said that was not true “at all about Scientology”.
““Religious freedom and tolerance and understanding and truth are equal rights for every race … (and) extremely important to me,” Moss said.”
