A Montana judge was forced to release a man arrested over drug possession charges after the judge was unable to find a jury for the trial.
Go Montana! Way to stand up for how you feel even in the face of the law. I think this is a beautiful show of expressing rights.
I love how this guy continues on comparing the poison of alcohol to non-lethal marijuana as well as the benefits of legalizing marijuana.
Here’s to having common sense and being willing to stand up for your beliefs.
