Oops. Yep, I’ve been doing it wrong.
I have never been one to put batteries in the fridge, mostly because the freezer seemed like a bad thing, and I couldn’t really be bothered to always store the rest in the fridge.
However, I have been known to completely (or almost completely) run down my batteries before recharging them in the belief that you needed to do that to make them last longer.
I can’t be doing too badly, though, because both my laptop and my phone are still going strong, and I have had them for longer than I care to admit.
