My sister-in-law had a rough early pregnancy with morning sickness so bad that they were sure there would be twins. I also have a friend who experienced hyperemesis gravidarum with both her pregnancies.
All pregnancies resulted in boys.
So I don’t know if there is a call for twins at this point, but anything is possible. There is certainly going to be a lot of speculation every step of the way.
