“Some of Lisa Wilkinson’s comments on the COVID pandemic in Australia show she is “totally out of touch with reality”, says The Australian’s Media Writer Sophie Elsworth.
“It comes as Ms Wilkinson voiced support for New Zealand’s handling of the pandemic under Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern while referring to Australia’s response as a “bin fire”.
““She’s not living in the real world and I think she’s been very critical,” Ms Elsworth said.
““Some of her comments just show she’s totally out of touch with reality and has no grip on what a lot of Australians have faced in this pandemic.””
