With plenty of contenders to take on in the autumn line up, ABC is coming forward with its new fake documentary about the lives of nine friends, ten years after graduation.
“A documentary crew follows … Greenbelt High School’s class of 2000 in Austin, TX as they prepare for graduation, and revisits these former classmates ten years later in 2010 – to see where they are now, what they’ve become, and where they’re headed.” – ABC
While the concepts of the fake documentary and that of following kids through the years (Seven Up, anyone?) aren’t new, ABC does add another degree to make things interesting: the influence of world events.
Hopefully they can do well with it.
