Not one but two earthquakes jolted San Francisco residents awake this morning, a 4.0 and a 3.5 being recorded at nearly the same time and place about 5.30am.
Talk about an interesting way to start your day. I’ve only ever felt two mild earthquakes in my life, so I find it hard to imagine waking up bright and early to one. Creepy.
The good news, of course, is that the quakes are more conversation pieces than anything else. There seem to be no injuries or damage caused by the quakes.
However, being the bright and cheerful person I am, I must say that this is a good reminder to people to earthquake proof their home as much as possible.
