“Amazon MGM Studios has confirmed that Spaceballs 2 is officially moving forward, with Mel Brooks returning to reprise his role as Yogurt nearly 40 years after the original film first spoofed the space opera/sci-fi genre. The long-awaited sequel is set for a theatrical release in 2027.”
