This is so bloody hard. No matter way it went, it was going to be hard, but I don’t think anyone predicted level of the worldwide, emotional impact that this election result has had.
I hope that both sides are gracious. I hope that those who didn’t win take the time to process their emotions but not lash out. I hope that those who did win think about how they would have felt if they hadn’t and respond like decent human beings.
I hope everyone can take a moment to breathe and remember that we’re all still human.
