Ortega-Hernandez is allegedly involved in a shooting on Friday night that might be responsible for two bullets found at the White House, according to the Secret Service.
One of the bullets hit a window and was stopped by bulletproof glass. The other bullet was found on the White House exterior, the Secret Service said. Both bullets were found Tuesday.
In Idaho Falls, Idaho, police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen said Ortega was reported missing October 31.
