I can’t help but watch this video and think, “Well, there goes another living thing that humans are going to wipe off the planet.”
I’ve never had one, so I can’t attest to how good it is or isn’t, but I still can’t imagine paying thousands of dollars for a small piece of fungus.
Not to mention it’s hard to imagine people hurting and even killing for fungus.
Of course, what seems to be a common theme is the threat of Chinese imports.
