		<description>The guy was attached to the kite by a harness, so there was no chance of his grip slipping and him falling.  He was going to come down eventually.  Sure, you could think of scenarios like the wind taking up to a high altitude and the kite hitting the cliff-side, but that&#039;s not likely.  While this was no doubt frightening for the guy, it really wasn&#039;t all that dangerous.  Kite snowboarding isn&#039;t experimental either, it&#039;s done all the time and the gear is available commercially.</description>
