The big birds look on as loving and petting is heaped onto the tiny owlet. I can’t blame the human though. Those great big owl eyes beat those of any puppy dog any day of the week. Is it any wonder the petting hand is powerless to resist?
I just wonder where you get a job as chief owlet scritcher. That’s a position I’d happily fill, even if it did mean incurring the wrath of all those cranky adult birds!
