ABC.com has debuted its high-definition video player so that viewers can watch episodes of their favorite ABC television shows online.
Since the hi-def player is still in beta format, you can only watch complete single episodes of ABC’s most popular TV shows at this time.
Another slight annoyance I experienced while attempting to watch an episode of ”Ugly Betty” was that my PC doesn’t have the latest and greatest plug-in . . . so I had to wait another few minutes while it was installed before I could start viewing.
However, once I started watching the show, I was blown away. The HD video player’s 1280 x 720 resolution gives a crystal clear picture that I’ve certainly never experienced while watching television shows online.
I’m excited to see what other shows will be available to view online, and I can’t wait for more complete episodes of ”Ugly Betty” to be posted.
