If Daniel Day Lewis’ take on Abraham Lincoln was a little reserved for your taste, perhaps Benjamin Walker’s version will be more your speed. The actor stars in the quirky new action flick Abraham Lincoln – Vampire Hunter.
The title leaves little to the imagination. This is indeed a movie which sees the bearded former American president taking down some fanged bad guys.
In contrast the teaser trailer leaves us guessing. It reveals little about the nuts and bolts of the plot, but has enough dramatic vision to hook us in.
We’ll see if Abraham Lincoln – Vampire Killer can live up to its brilliant name when it hits cinemas on June 22.
