Bob Barker just left The Price Is Right after fifty years, and leave it to Adam Sandler to find a memorable way to tell him goodbye. In this video from a show aired in May, Adam honors Bob in a way no one else could.

For those of you who haven’t seen Happy Gilmore, the clip shows the scene where Bob Barker beat the crap out of Adam Sandler’s character on the golf course. But apparently there are no hard feelings.

Adam wrote one of his trademark poems for Bob and read it as a tribute to the legendary game show host, much to the delight of the audience.

Bob is rooting for Rosie O’Donnell to take his place on the show. I’m sure she would do a fine job, but whoever is chosen is going to have a tough act to follow. We’ll miss you, Bob!
