What turns an apparently normal young boy born and raised in Wisconsin into a man who inflicts cruel and gruesome acts upon his seventeen male victims?

That’s the question on many people’s minds – especially criminal psychologists – and is why we delve into the pasts of people like Jeffrey Dahmer to figure out just what makes a killer.

At least with Jeffrey Dahmer, people were able to talk to him to try to get into his mind. I certainly would not want to be the one to interview him, but that is why I wouldn’t make a good journalist.

That opportunity is lost forever now, though, as Dahmer was killed during his time in jail.
