Amanda Congdon is probably the most famous Web TV celebrities to date after her success at RocketBoom. She has recently signed some big names sponsors for her new show Starring Amanda Congdon including Unilever, which is using the show to promote its Dove Cream Oil Body Wash.

Amanda is also a presenter on the ABC News video blog and has also struck a deal with HBO. Her new show which launched last Friday is available through Blip.tv, MySpace and iTunes. Amanda’s show takes no particular format or genre stating that it is “sometimes man-on-the-street, sometimes behind-the-scenes, sometimes sketch comedy, sometimes esoteric and artsy, and sometimes scripted”.
