Most of us spend half our lives moving around – walking, cycling, traveling in cars, buses, or aircraft – yet we don’t spend any time considering the danger we are in at every turn. Am I being over dramatic? Watch the video and tell me that afterwards.

The video shows a compilation of amazing accidents. Some are more intriguing and more edge-of-the-seat, pant-wettingly scary than others, especially the ones in which people come so close to being ant food.

The ones which show people almost getting hit by trains as they cross train lines are truly bizarre because you have to wonder why these people do it. If it’s a crossing then fine, but for fun? As the video shows, one slip and it could be all over.

As for the crashes themselves, they just prove to me how we all take life for granted and don’t consider the risks surrounding us at all time. No doubt if we did we’d send ourselves mad but it’s still a part of life to consider once in a while.
