Back when I posted a video about a zorse, I said that “a cross between a tiger and lion has yet to occur”. From the looks of this video, I’d say I was wrong.

Damn you Napoleon Dynamite.

The liger in this video is larger than both of it’s parents put together. Sinbad, as he’s called, was made by breeding a male lion with a female tiger.

While most crossbreeds are sterile, female Ligers are able to have offspring, but only from a normal lion or tiger. One things for sure: these cats definitely won’t make good house pets.
