You’ve all no doubt been busy playing with the latest Google Doodle over the past couple of days, this one in the form of a playable and recordable Les Paul guitar. But did you know it’s actually possible to make music with it?

If you’re like me then you just messed about with the notes, possibly using your mouse cursor, possibly using the letters on your keyboard, but mess regardless.

This guy, however, decided to actually create a melody using the Les Paul guitar Google Doodle, and it’s pretty damn good. It’s at times like these I wish I had more musical ability.

The Les Paul guitar Google Doodle has now disappeared, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Google gives it a permanent home in the same way it did for the playable version of Pacman from last year. Here’s hoping.
