Huh. It reminds me a little more of a Dr. Seuss creation, but ‘alien’ pretty much covers it too.

So… I wonder how they got all the ants out of there…

Even created by human hand, a structure like that would be incredibly impressive. That a colony of ants did that, moving that much dirt/soil, with their little ant bodies… Just plain ‘wow’.

I’ve seen ant farms and such with all the impressive things they’ve done in those, but this is like the ‘ultimate ant farm’.

The only thing that makes me shudder a bit is thinking about how many ants lived in that massive network of tunnels…
