This guy didn’t have the letters needed to see the word or phrase. So he guessed. And came up with the answer the first time of asking.
The product was ‘New Baby Buggy’, and he had just the N and the E of New. And yet with only that to go on he managed to find the answer.
If you watch to the end of the video you’ll see him suggest that the unused letters board helped him figure it out. But still, it’s an amazing piece of luck.
