So the bottom line is that Obama is creating a new position in government to oversee the government becoming more efficient. 1.) Why weren’t things being monitored before? 2.) Isn’t Obama just creating more debt by creating this position which, no doubt, has an ample salary?

So it goes, I suppose. It will sound pretty and look shiny to most people, so it will be accepted. It will probably be applauded as well.
