I don’t drink much, but when I do, there’s always an idiot trying to impress the ladies with some kind of beer trick.

Sure some are better than others, and the trick seen in this video seemed to be a real winner. But like they say,”If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is.”

Apparently, this man has won a generous chunk of change at bars from doing this beer trick. He even encourages the viewer to make bets, for example: “If I can open your beer with a $20 bill, do I get to keep it?”

But don’t get too greedy or you might find yourself in a bar fight, or at the very least, humiliated. Upon further inspection of the video, I found it to be a fake.

I first noticed it at the 1:50 mark, where something appeared to poke out of the bill. He tries to cover it up with his thumb, but I could still tell something wasn’t right with the bill. Again, at the 1:57 mark, it pops again: a paperclip.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but one dollar bills don’t usually come with paperclips attached to them.
