Australians have a reputation for never taking things too seriously. However it seems wherever you go there is an outspoken politically correct minority. Yes, even in Australia. And it’s those righteous folks that have seen this delightful Aussie ad banned.

Of course, nothing is banned on the internet so I figured I’d bring it to you here. Watching it I honestly can’t see why it’s caused such uproar. Yes, we all know beavers aren’t just furry little animals. But why is playing with that double entendre so offensive?

This is a tampon commercial, so it makes sense to have some kind of reference to all kinds of beavers. And the little guy featured here is exceptionally cute. Axing this adorable ad seems like a bit of an overreaction to me!
