Samsung popularized the phablet when it released the original Galaxy Note, a giant smartphone/tablet hybrid that’s now reached the fourth generation of hardware.
However, Samsung isn’t content to just deliver incremental updates year after year, and its latest attempt to disrupt the industry has arrived in the form of the Galaxy Note Edge.
As its name implies — and the video shows — the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features an extra display that sits on the curved edge of the handset.
It’s a bizarre idea, but one that may well prove successful. After all, who would have predicted that millions of people would ever walk around with smartphones this big attached to their faces?!
