Boris Johnson has resigned as Foreign Secretary, and is no longer part of the British government. At least for the time being.
Anyone who knows Johnson realizes this is just the latest maneuver from a man who desperately wants to be Prime Minister.
Johnson quit his role supposedly as a principled stand against Theresa May’s plans for Brexit. But it’s more likely he wants to trigger a mass exodus, and succeed her as PM.
The problem with Boris Johnson is that everything has to be about him. He only switched to supporting Brexit when he realized it would be good for his career, and screw the rest of us.
