As you can see from this video, the outside cosmetics of the world’s tallest building are completed. Another month and the Burj Dubai Tower will be finally open to the public.
You have to admit, it looks awesome- but I’m not so sure it’s $4.1 billion awesome. And we were wondering why Dubai was suffering?
Dubai is in dire need of some saving and tons of people are banking on this tower to be a successful tourist attraction. What you see surrounding the tower is called “Downtown Dubai” and is also another expensive ($20 billion) project.
So will all the investing pay off? Well see in time. At the very least we get a beautiful city.
