Once again, calorie restriction has shown to be the best method we know of to have a healthier, longer life. But, being humans, we’re trying to figure out how to mimic those results without actually reducing intake.
It’s all fine and well – and quite interesting as well – to find a molecule that does this, but why are we addressing the symptoms and not the causes? I’ll stay off that soap box for this time.
Either way, I find it quite interesting that the molecule comes from wine, given some of the healthiest people drink plenty of red wine.
