Today (November 3rd) is National Sandwich Day in the United States. Which means that, if you’re quick enough, you could get a Subway sandwich for free.
You have to buy one sandwich (and a drink) in order to get your free one. However, as this video shows, you don’t have to give your free sandwich to someone you know… you can also give it to a stranger!
I’m not convinced many people will give their free sandwich to a complete and utter stranger, but it’s a nice idea regardless.
It’s like a variation on the idea of “Pay It Forward”, where one good deed inspires another, with the circle keeping going forever. A circle of free sandwiches? I’m in!
