It seems like only yesterday that our favorite celebrities made a tongue-in-cheek plea for us to not vote. Now that Barack Obama is in, they’re reminding us that our job’s not done.

Barack might be a great man, but he can’t make the change we want without our help. And so Demi Moore, Dakota Fanning, Cameron Diaz, and many more stars are pledging to be more socially aware and responsible, and encouraging us to do the same.

Hell, even former Paris Hilton bestie Nicole Richie seems sincere. If she can become less superficial, maybe there’s hope for us all!
