Charlo Greene, a reported for Alaskan television station KTVA, quit her job live on air in the most satisfying manner you could imagine.
She literally said, “Fuck it,” and walked off camera, leaving the anchor shellshocked.
Greene quit immediately after a report into the Alaska Cannabis Club was aired. The Alaska Cannabis Club works to connect medical marijuana cardholders with local growers, and it turns out Charlo Greene is the President and CEO.
After quitting, Greene has committed to working to have marijuana legalized in the U.S. Meanwhile, KTVA apologised for the inappropriate language and tweeted, “The employee has been terminated.” Which seems a little harsh to me.
