There’s bad customer service, and then there’s calling a customer “Fatty McFat-Fat” because she dared to leave your company a bad review.
And yet that’s what happened to this lady from Ontario, Canada. The CEO is also alleged to have called her chubby and suggested she needed referring to Jenny Craig.
I must admit this made me laugh. Yes, it’s a cruel and unusual way to treat a customer, but for a CEO to put these barbs in an email is pretty daring.
There’s also part of me that wonders why the lady had to leave a bad review when she cancelled her order, and why she then posted it all over social media.
