In some countries, graffiti is a serious crime and is punishable by public caning. The man in this video knows this, so he goes a different route. He wipes the dirt off the tunnel with a rag and, in a way, “paints” a perfectly legal masterpiece.

Of course, someone eventually notifies the police. At first, the authorities don’t know how to react; but in the end, the tunnel is finally given its long-overdue cleaning.
