This performance took some balls. Big gay balls.

Either Adam Lambert’s career is over, or he’s about to sell a ton of tickets and album sales off the controversy of this performance. Only time will tell.

I’ve been a fan of Adam Lambert ever since he got into the top ten on American Idol, but I have a feeling he’s lost a ton of fans off of this performance. American Idol is pretty much a family-oriented show as are the American Music Awards. Kissing guys and doing provocative dance moves aren’t really expected.

That being said, this performance was one of the best of the night. Just when you thought Lady Gaga was controversial, Adam Lambert goes crazy. Bring on the Elvis comparisons.
